Work In Progress Wednesday (2/20/19)

I’m going to start a weekly posting about the status of my various projects (and there are a lot of them).

This will be pretty informal, just quick thoughts and updates on the various projects broken down by series.

The Taleweaver’s Song:

Book Two – Cruising along now that I know what I want. This book has been a bear to write but it’ll be finished in the next month or so and then on to editing. I want it published by April.

Book Three – Have a couple hundred words written and have revised the plot to fit more in line with the revised world of TWS. Will start on this one heavily

Patreon Story One – Published the second chapter of the current Patreon story.

Patreon Story Four – Moving along on this one.

Patreon Story Five – An old one (which has pages in the back of The Skeleton Stone) that I’m revising and reworking

(and no, not a mistype. Patreon Story Two and Three are done and just waiting to be published)

Arek Lancer

Book Four – About 1/4 of the way through it. Moving along nicely.

Short Story One – I’m thinking this will be done for Patreon. Progressing a little bit at a time.

Collected Edition – Yeah, I’ve decided to do a collected edition of the first three Lancer novellas and the first three short stories (yes three, there is one that is not published and will show up in this edition for the first time). I hope to have this done and out in March. It will be print and eBook.

Project litRPG

I started writing in the LitRPG genre.

Book One – Done. Just editing the game mechanics before going to story editing. Cover is done. I’m shooting for an April/May release.

Book Two – Started and moving along nicely.

Short Stories

Short 2 – About 3/4 of the way through. Should be done by the end of the month.

I sent the finished Short 1 to the Publisher. I also have 2 shorts and a novella coming from them in the next year or so.

Developmental Project

Alpha – I’m almost done with all the character development. Will just have some tweaks as enter the next phase. No timetable but I’m really excited for this one.
