This morning, I jumped out of bed feeling happy, healthy, wealthy, and whole. I considered that I would be living longer than my parents did, and so, I ought to condition my actions to reflect the way I felt. But, what of folks who cannot honestly say they are happy, healthy, wealthy, and whole? How easy would it be for them to condition their thinking to reflect happy, healthy, wealthy, and whole? Probably easier said than done. Know that we can do what we want to do. We can be what we want to be.
So, I bolted into the coffee shop and, I was pleasantly surprise that my latte was free, having previously purchased six. Free stuff makes me happy … I savored the last drop of my free latte without considering the reason I had jumped out of bed so soon … happy, healthy, wealthy, and whole. This state of mind might not come naturally for some, yet, all should strive to be happy, healthy, wealthy, and whole.
Could it work for you?
