I finally finished the first draft of book 5. Oh thank goodness. Each book has ended up longer than the one before so far and book 5 is no exception. It is well more than twice the length of the first book.

It was super intimidating trying to write a more complicated story while trying to make sure I kept my focus on the romance. The whole point of these books for me is to bring a romance between two people to life. If I lost that because I was so focused on the storyline, I would be super bummed out. We will see if I made it work.

Currently I plan to have book 5 out in about three weeks. But right now… I have earned some mid-week wine!
