From the Grave. March 2

I've seen the same story line done over and over again.

It's on nearly every Marvel and D.C movie or comic book.

A main character will die...only to be resurrected in the next movie or the next comic strip. Somehow and someway, he (or she) wasn't stopped by death's grip.

Whether it's Jean Grey becoming Phoenix, Superman returning from the grave or Professor Xavier manifesting back to life...we've seen it all. And we aren't too surprised when our beloved superhero gets resurrected from death.

We applaud it. Or roll our eyes at it. But either way, we expect it.

Why then do we think our most crushing, highly difficult, extremely stressful situation will destroy us? Why do we think we are any different than the invincible heroes on the screen? Because we don't have super strength? Or we can't walk through walls? We're not heroic enough?

Okay. I get that.

But if you are a Believer, then guess what?

You walk alongside someone who CAN do all things, including save you from your currently death-like, too -hard-to-bear, frustrating situation.

I am believing in a resurrection in your situation. I am trusting God to turn your circumstance around in a positive way! I know that God is moving and that there is hope even in the midst of your suffering.

And you will get out of this alive.

Because you're a main character. And as you know, the main character always lives!

If you need prayer for anything, let me know. I would love to pray for you!
