I want to talk about the WHY....

WHY do you do what you do?

Are you motivated by money? success? fear? intimidation?

What's the point of what you do?

I have a sign in my office: "When you feel like quitting, think about WHY you started."

I started writing books over 5 years ago. I wanted to grow people in Christ with my words. I wanted people to experience God in deeper and fresh ways. I wanted God to be seen in a positive light and to showcase His power and love.

If I ever get too distracted and look to money as being the point of my writings..

If I ever care about popularity more than the message....

If I ever lose the purpose, I've lost the point as to what I am doing.

Ignore the distractions. Ignore the fan-base or the fame. Strip it all down.
