Covid and writing

Hi

Its been a whuile since I posted last, I cannot really blame the pandemic as that has just made me stay at home as my day job lost all of its travel. It has been tough though, I lost my eldest sister to cancer, my Uncle to Carona virus and his wife to Cancer as well. My parents have finally gone in to care at the ages of 94 and 90.

But the writing hasn't suffered. The 8th Dorset Boy book and the 2nd Scarlett have both been published and I just finished the first draft of the Dorset Boy book 9 which will be called RAIDER,.

If anything Covid has caused me to write more as the writing helps me cope with the pressures of being grounded and people dying around me.

I think one effect has been that a lot more of the good guys get killed in Raider than in any other book, Maybe just a reflection of reality, I don't know.

Please be safe and look after yourselves

Chris
