If anything, I'm a realistic person. I don't think I'll be able to read 25 classics in 2012 - at least not if I plan to actually consume them properly. I'm altering my classics goal to 12 - one per month seems more realistic. It took me almost a month to finish Catcher in the Rye - and that book was just over 200 pages!

I still plan to read at least 100 total books this year, though I have already broken my rule about reading books that I don't already own. Blame that on the Virgin River series by Robyn Carr.
