The way I write is that I outline first (obsessively), but certain beats that feel alright in the outline don't work out as scenes, so my first draft is my extended outline where I'm feeling everything out.

The second draft is my real first draft, and yesterday, I've written, "The End of Book V" on my second draft. It means everything is in working order.

Now I edit for the writing itself, the style, then send it to my copy editor, and viola... Book 5. So, I'd say Book 5 of the Light of Adua Series is right on track for its late August launch for presale, and September for pub, date. Yay!
