I answered I was; she burst out in unbelievable laughter. Where can I buy a copy? She asked. I have a pristine copy in my carry-on case, I answered. I’ll have it, she exclaimed.

Later, my new reader and I enjoyed a warm latte at the nearby Starbucks counter. Can writing, promoting, and marketing a book be that easy? Probably.
