Polymer and Spare Parts Available on Lulu
After much procrastination, battles of will with software programs and catastrophic computer collapses I've finally self-re-published both of my previously published books, Spare Parts and Polymer on Lulu.com. If you're interested in purchasing a copy here are some links:

In the near future I also plan to put my other unpublished books onto Lulu (or elsewhere if Lulu doesn't work out.) They are a fantasy called Sheltovia, which was the first full-length novel I wrote, and a prequel and sequel to Spare Parts called Concubot and Cybomorph.
Those of you who are familiar with the Spare Parts universe may notice that I have changed the spelling of Cybermorph to Cybomorph in the new editions. This is for various logical reasons, the foremost being to fit in with the conventional descriptive body types of ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph.
You will also notice that they, of course, have new covers. These new ones I created myself in Adobe Photoshop. Polymer was a challenge. I'd noticed several comments in various discussion groups on the web that the cover of Polymer was, let's be nice, somewhat dated. I was initially going to use an original oil painting I did of my vision of the cover of Polymer, but it turned out that this was just as outdated in the the modern eyes of Gen Y. With some helpful input from a friendly correspondent, whom I will call for the sake of accuracy, Gita, I came up with this one. (Actually Gita liked another one, but she was voted out for this one.) Hope you approve.
... And finally, The Greenhouse Effect 
The Greenhouse Effect is a little romance novel I wrote years ago that was never published. Buy it at your own peril. Some people have read it and said they loved it. (One romance lover said it was the best book she'd ever read!) Maybe one day I'll redo it with a sci-fi spin? Set it in Space? We'll see... Don't judge me harshly on it, it is what it is...

This is cool, I was hoping to be able to read Polymer at some point! Will you be releasing them as ebooks at some point also?

A few people have asked, so I guess I will. I just have to do a conversion that works.

My copy of Spare Parts arrived today and I nearly finished it. IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! cannot wait until Concubot and Cybomorph come out :D

I've managed to put Polymer as an epub on Lulu. I tried to do it with Spare Parts too but had no luck. Just kept getting annoying messages rejecting the file as having something wrong with it. I gave up in the end. But I have converted them into ebooks on my computer at home so if you want something that isn't an epub of Polymer, I can email it to you.

Have you considered uploading the ebooks to SmashWords as well? They syndicate to all the big ebook stores (because making it as easy as possible for people to get your books seems to make sense).

Hi Sally so thrilled to see you have re-released Spare Parts, a book I loved in high school and have been trying to get my hands on for years. I would love to purchase an e-book copy of it tho - as I moved to Darwin 4 years ago and all my paper books are going yuck in the humidity, thus I have stopped buying them.Have you had any more luck getting it converted?

yay can't wait :-) I work in a library and run the youth bookclub - have told them about your books a few times, but as they were out of print I kept telling them that they should keep an eye out at the second hand stores - and it was one of the kids that found this and emailed me the link!Will try to get copies for work as well :-)

I have been thinking about spare parts the last few months and wanted to read it again... giving me the motivation to finally unpack all my books only to discover that my copy wasn't there!Have searched the Internet since trying to find somewhere to buy it without luck. Totally think the world is missing out on a great book. I finally found this site tonight with the ebook link. And heading off to start reading now :D
I'm a HUGE fan of spare pats and can't wait for Concubot and Cybomorph to be available!!

I feel a little late to the party, but there may have been happy tears and dancing on the spot when I saw that Spare Parts had been re-released.
Dear Sally I am a huge fan of Spare Parts I read it many years ago in high school and got my mum to buy me a copy this Christmas after not being able to find it in stores, I was wondering if you ever wrote a direct sequel or have plans for a movie?.
Hi Tristram,I have written a kind of sequel to Spare Parts. Kelty is in the book but she isn't the main character. The main character is a D-grade orphan who follows a very different journey to becoming a cybomorph. I haven't officially published Cybomorph yet as I'm considering doing another rewrite on it (if I ever get the time!) I've also written a prequel to Spare Parts, which I have published on Lulu.com . It's a romance about the origins of the Cybomorphs, called Concubot.
As for the plans for a movie... that would be awesome, but so far, unfortunately I haven't been approached by any interested producers ;-)
