Wheels and Deals: Christmas Under Main Street
Penny Wheels is the owner of Pueblo Wheels, a bicycle shop located in the Skirts Tunnel in Pueblo, Colorado. She is the proud owner of a new ladies safety bicycle and pedals around town in lady trousers called bloomers. An innovative businesswoman, she holds women's cycling classes in her shop. The classes form the Bloomer Society. The organization places donation tins in area businesses to collect money for the Children's Fund at Christmas time.
Noah Deals owns the shop above Pueblo Wheels. For fourteen years on Christmas Eve, he has proposed to Miss Wheels. Every Christmas, she puts him off for another year. When the collection tins are stolen, Penny is accused of the thefts. Ladies bloomers are also reported missing from local clotheslines. But when something happens to Noah, Penny's life is turned upside down.
The Bloomer Society rallies to help uncover the mystery behind the stolen bloomers and collection tins. Will Penny solve the case and find her happily ever after?
