The best friend’s sister trope is such a fun dynamic to play with, and I’m really enjoying uploading chapters of this WIP every week on my Patreon. It’s a new experience for me, but people seem to be enjoying it, and it’s fun to have readers along for the journey!
The BFS story follows Jess, our anxious, more introverted main character as she navigates her twenties with the enormous crush she has on her best friend’s sister—the gorgeous and effortlessly cool Rebecca Lawson. The story plays with time, starting with Jess’s prom night and then jumping ahead, focusing on how their relationship grows as they do, the taboos and the tension, and what will be a topsy turvy love story from start to finish.
