Hi . I finished this book 2days ago... really I have to say I finished it as a translator. but I have some problem to know some parts... would you help me for the best translate? do you remember this part?

I have some problem in this part:

he means which woman? Isnt Roy in his mother room and in their house? This guns is for who? for Roy? I very confused........
