The new Man of Steel trailer #3 is exploding across the intertubes like Krypton (assuming Krypton explodes, we haven't confirmed that yet).

For an eyeblink we see a character in a Kryptonian battle suit. At first I assumed it was Zod, because by now we're all familar with images of him wearing it:



But take a look at the image from the trailer. Does this guy look bald to you?



It's a little hard to tell, but it may not be the same guy. Throw in the fact that the Lexcorp building is also in the trailer:


And the fact that Lex Luthor is well known for wearing a Kryptonian battle suit:


And you get the origin of Lex's favourite threads.
