I have had a problem with my author bio. The GR advise is to make these interesting, include anecdotes &c and promises 2000 words. I found my entry was cut off at 668 words. In writing to the author help site I was informed the limit was about 4000 characters. Unless you're writing in Chinese, 4000 characters doesn't provide all that much space. I wish GR would clarify this policy. This way people such as myself would not waste time and wear out our temper trying to fit 2000 words into 4000 characters.

Anybody else have this problem?
