When it was first published in 2007, Where Lincoln Walked received excellent reviews and has been one of my most popular books over the years. A noted historian wrote to me that he considered the photographs to be among the finest ever made of the places where Lincoln lived in Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois.

The photo-essay, including a more recent paperback edition, has long been a popular title in bookstores and gift shops at Lincoln sites across the country.

Although written for children ages 8 and up and selected in Illinois Reads for grades 3-5, Where Lincoln Walked has appealed equally to adults who’d like to learn more about this great man.
