At first Meghan hates her boss. Well, it’s a love-hate sort of thing. Like when they make fun of each other for FIVE YEARS while the sexual tension simmers.

Thing is, Adrian has been secretly pining for Meghan, so much that he wrote, like, five novels about her under a secret pen name. Five very sexy novels. That she just so happened to read and love. But of course, he can’t pretend to be his female pen name at the book signing. So Meghan has to step in. And things get frisky.

HOO, BOY, do things get frisky! In the pool, in the hotel room, everywhere! Melanie Marchande writes some seriously hot sex. The one thing that I wish was more drawn out was their first encounter; I wanted it to be longer. But no worries, we get plenty more. And also some spanking.

This heroine isn’t TSTL like some others; in fact, Meghan is breathtakingly smart and witty. Insecure, yeah, but who wouldn’t be with a mother like hers? Both she and Adrian are real and imperfect in all the right ways.

Billionaires can get boring, but Melanie Marchande has such a fresh contemporary voice that I can’t recommend her books enough. From MY ANACONDA DON’T to her hilarious nitpicks about grammar, His Secretary:Undone is one of the best of the billionaire genre. Read it now, you won’t regret it!
