12 ways to stay alive in Afghanistan

If you have ever tried to tell someone in Afghanistan that you have been to Europe before, they suddenly will tell you.

“Why did you come back? Are you a stupid?”Security in Afghanistan

Do not try to argue with them and avoid justifying your return, because your reasons do not make any sense to them. Everyone wishes to leave Afghanistan and live somewhere safe. However, many foreigners have come to Afghanistan for work. If you are here for that purpose bear in mind these short points for your own safety.

Do not get out of the bed early morning. Stay until the sun shines, because most of the terrorist attacks happen in the early morning or late night. Avoid going out late night, or you will find yourself in the hospital or in a morgue.
Stay away from public gatherings. Terrorists most often explode themselves in the public gatherings. If you are a journalist and need to be there for making a report. So try to find a spot where there are not a lot of people.

Do not visit government offices and departments most often. I mean even ministries. Try to ask them to come to see you in your office or invite them for a lunch in a luxury hotel in the mid of the day. I am sure they won’t say no, when it is in a luxury hotel. it will cost you, but it will also safe your live.
Do not take the same road twice. I know it is a generic advice, you have heard it so many times. However, in here if you do not take it seriously, you are done.
Do not look fancy in public. If you are a woman, you may love to wear a short or something that makes you a killer ( I mean sexy), but when you are in public, be careful. There are a lot of wolves that can eat you at the spot. No one is asking you to look poor, just do not look too luxury and expensive. You may get kidnapped one day.
Do not meet people if you really do not know them. They can be cute, friendly and funny, but they can also be dangerous and poisonous. Little snakes are cute, but they also kill.
Good hotels cannot keep you safe. Terrorists can reach to where you live, either it is a fully guarded hotel or an anti-tank. Prefer to have your own place. Pay a few more pennies and take an apartment where you can feel home.
Do not forget to bring your gun wherever you go. If you are going to washroom, you better have it. You cannot trust anyone. Do not make an exception or you will regret it.
Keep your identity safe. They know you are a foreigner, but if you have a dark skin, tell them you are from Asia. Tell them you are from Malaysia or Indonesia. They do not really know, but it will work. If you tell me you are an American or a European citizen, you are putting yourself in danger of getting kidnapped. Moreover, if you are a Jewish, never mention it to anyone.
If you are a drinker, do not tell anyone. It is sometimes worse than being a Jewish. You are going to be killed.
You cannot trust the man with the gun standing in front of your door. They are there for your security and safety, but you know the story. Most often the man who is there to safe you just kill you.
Drink a lot of water- that is funny, isn’t it. I was just kidding. Although water is good for health. Stay safe
