The Hollow Sun series features quite a few LGBTQ+ characters in primary roles. Representation is not only important, but something that I don't feel we see enough of in scifi/fantasy works. I'm looking forward to attending this event, with other authors who also understand the importance of representation, of showing that heroes don't just come in one flavor, and that everyone deserves to see themselves in the stories they read.
