We should enjoy each positive moment as though it were our first experience, and act as if it will be our last chance in doing so. Regret is only wishing that we had done something we have not, or to not do something in which we have done. Regret holds no power if we enjoy each positive moment. Everything else is about forgiveness. Life is indeed complicated, but it remains simple enough.
