I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor and like to utilise CBT techniques when applicable as they can be very powerful in changing a clients perspective; negative thoughts, actions and emotions. Although I am trained in CBT this book gave me a lot of extra knowledge - using CBT for particular issues and new techniques and worksheets. I would highly recommend this handbook.
