Finally Noticing: Photos and Poetry Prompted by a Pandemic

Rate this book
As disruptive and disturbing to most of the world as the Covid pandemic has been, it has also prompted many of us to look inside our hearts for understanding and a new way forward. During the initial lockdowns and closures, the quarantines, and new health protocols, writers like Anne Spry took advantage of suddenly-free calendars to get quiet. She began finally looking around her and noticing the beauty in nature. She started capturing that beauty with her iPhone camera every time she took a walk, especially at sunrise or sunset. Upon returning home, she looked at the photos, and suddenly, the poetry to go with the photos seemed to practically write itself. Indeed, it was divinely inspired. Finally Noticing promises to give anyone who is sad a lift in spirits. It also offers a big dose of positivity and hopes for what has been an almost universally negative experience.
