A furious, sexy, hotblooded male from my past that now wants to convince me...
He is my future.
That he is my everything.
The problem is, he still terrifies me.
But what I soon realize is that he isn’t the only scary thing out there in my woods.
He also isn’t the only one who wants me.
Just how far will he go to claim me once more?
And what would he be willing to do to keep me?
What would make him believe the only way to hold onto my heart...
Was by committing…

Same old same old

Very happy this book was on Kindle Unlimited or I would of been asking for a refund .Stephanie Hudson's Transfusion & Afterlife kept me wanting more but now in thinking "when will this ever end " let's drag 3 books into 10 if we can , pretend one of the main characters never knew her love interest was previously married or failing that when things go wrong again & someone gets sucked into/out of a portal they can enter a fountain & abracadabra fix the future .This review may seem harsh burning know Stephanie Hudson has the talent to do better not just milking loyal readers for books that for what of a better phrase just page fillers .There is good content in the last 2 Hellbeast books but you have to dig very hard to find them .I won't be getting any more of these after this series ends & if the weren't on Kindle Unlimited I wouldn't even finish it

Oh No!

This series is absolutely driving me crazy. Book 6 was so fantastic and I can’t wait for book 7!

I know there are a lot of books in this series; however, each one is better than the next. Also, you don’t have to wait a year for the next one like most authors.

I so love Ella and Jared and can’t wait to see what happens next.

This book ends in one heck of a cliffhanger.

My heart hurts

I have realized after reading all of Stephanie's books what a rare talent she is and has. You see the colors, see the scenery, buildings, and the people. You hear the dialog in the timbre and volume and intensity in which it is spoken. You are there in the moment with the characters and feel like part of the story. That is what every reader seeks when they pick up a book and Stephanie delivers. I hurt with Jared and feel his frustration. I am upset and afraid with Ella at the strangeness around her she tries so bravely to understand. This particular segment of Hellbeast is a yoyo. Up and elated then slammed down and rejected and fearful of the future. The ending leaves you saying "what the hell???". Now we wait!

OMG

She has done it to me again hasn't she. Damn this woman. Every time I pick up one of her books I feel like I'm putting on a comfy pair of shoes. Or my old but favourite pair of knickers. It's like your dearest friend coming for a cuppa. Then what do I get ...tears, disgusting sex, laughter and the belief I never had before , that fantasy is fantastic, never stop dreaming and allow your imagination to accept the unimaginable.
Bravo Stephanie you got me once again and long may you continue to do so. Oh and I would like book 7 as soon as. ok girl.

Killer plot twists

I absolutely LOVE this series! It is so good but I have one gripe!! The plot twists and cliffhangers are killing me! You finish a book and instantly want more but know you have to wait! Every book I think, this can't get any better or more complex and it does!! Another 10/10 Stephanie!

6 books that should have been 3

First let me say I enjoy your writing style. BUT, the majority of this series was just repetitive and it is hard for me to even want to continue only for bits & pieces of new information to the story line.
Why wouldn't she tell of her dreams can't Why wouldn't he tell about her scent???
She's scared & insecure....He's afraid of what exactly?
I read a Lot!! So when I find an author I enjoy (not that often), I continue looking for more books & follow.
But when you turn what should have been 3-4" books into 6, well I will be off looking for authors that don't chose that route.

too long series

So disappointing. I read these books and enjoyed them even though six books in a series is ALLOT. And what do I find at the end ANOTHER BOOK IN THE SERIES THAT HASN’T EVEN BEEN WRITTEN. I will no longer read this authors books

Please, please, please get an editor to proofread these books. If not that, at least someone literate to correct spelling and grammar.

So, Ella continues to make stupid decisions. Let me put it this way; if there’s a smart solution and a dumb one, she will invariably pick door #2.

I can’t believe the hospital releases her about one day after coming out of a coma. Then, once Ella gets back to her Ranger trailer she calls and leaves a message on her parents’ answering machine. Does she then try to contact Amelia or her Uncle Dom? Oh hell no, let’s go for a hike. She’s “known” for being rebellious and not following advice which somehow makes her desirable? I maintain ignorant beyond belief and really deserving of anything bad that happens to her. (Can you tell I’m not a fan?)

Enough with trying to create the sounds of sexual completion: “RAWWWWAAHHH” Jared roared his own release... Just writing, “Jared came with a roar” is sufficient.

Ella does get a bit better as the story progresses and finally (finally!) actually listens to advice from people who know what the fuck is going on. The whole fated mate aspect is kind of glossed over. Jared maintains he loved Ella before he discovered she was his Chosen. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but couldn’t Fate have been involved even if he didn’t realize that’s what caused the initial attraction? I really have mixed feelings about how genuine fated romance can be.

Anyway, book ends on an interesting cliffhanger. I expect there will be six more volumes before the story reaches its final HEA.

Keeping us hanging...

If we were in the same room right now, Stephanie, I might box your ears! You lost one of my stars because I crave happy endings and this saga is already past long enough.

Not that the idiotic, irritating female deserves the deliciously hot man after running away (how many times, I lost count?) and having umpteen meltdowns over "the dead wife" question. Now, to mark the end of book 6, she's having another one. In fact, I'd love to slap her too! (Perhaps a warning to other menopausal readers - the violence can be addictive.)

So, the next book is going to be about Jared's past, presumably with little hope of it returning to his present and future? Please, Stephanie, I'm waiting to go back and read Afterlife again. Have mercy!

I must, grudgingly, end by asserting that this authoress (refuse to be "woke" and call her an author) is actually far and away the BEST writer of the supernatural. It's her doing that I am still in hopeless lust over Lucius and the very mention of his name elsewhere brings a smile to my lips. Following my amazement over Afterlife, I tried many others in this field. None come close. (Just saving you the effort, and the disappointment, here.)

>Book Review – The Hellbeast’s Sacrifice

>I am an independent reviewer. This book is the 6th in the Hellbeast King series and ends in a cliffhanger. As Ella is escaping and planning to meet up with Jared, she gets in an accident and is in a coma for 18 days. Of course, Jared goes nuts. Ella awakes with short term amnesia. She knows Jared, but only from 11 years prior. This version of Ella is smarter. She tends to listen more and run less. Jared is now forced to “re-do” his relationship with Ella, as she remembers none of it.

>The author reveals that it is Ella summoning the Hellhounds. If she is the summoner, then why are they attacking her? Ella travels back in time to fix things but travels a bit too far.

>This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 4 stars. The amnesia storyline is repetitive in Ella’s reaction to Jared as she re-learns to love him.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice Level: 3/5

Sooooo I rather 3 stars for this book for a couple reasons.

I still love Jared and Ella just like I mentioned in the previous books. Love their personality and the storyline is interesting enough to keep me going.

Now a couple things that is making this a 3 star rating... I don't really like where this book took me. I feel like it's dragging on more than necessary? Sure there's the entire Hellhounds and Garmr situation but I honestly did not expect Ninimane to be involved in this. I knew that Ella going to the past was inevitable as I've read the other series but I can already feel her pain in the next book.

I just felt like there's now even more questions than answers and we're already book 6 into this... we'll get there!!

The Hellbeast’s Sacrifice by Stephanie Hudson is a 4 ⭐️ read.
I took my time with this book because I knew it would be a little while before the next one but also because I didn’t actually want to get to the end of it as I’m loving this series.
Honestly this book was good it just didn’t have the “excitement” of the last few, it was at a much slower pace, I don’t want to give away spoilers but if I wrote about the story then I would have to unintentionally write them so I decided against it. This author does have a way of making you incredibly invested in her characters and the storyline so my recommendation is read it (start with Afterlife and work towards this series) as it is so well done I don’t know how anyone would dislike it.

Happy, sad, laughing, crying, anger, calm

I put off reading this for as long as I could. I had hoped to not read it until the next book came out because I knew it would end on a cliffhanger. Needless to say I was not that patient. I loved this book. Throughout this story you will experience every emotion possible. I don't want to give anything away but will stay you will not be disappointed. You will see the love Jared has for Ella and the links he will go to to prove to her he would sacrifice everything even his life. If you have not started the afterlife series it is a must read. This is one of the best series I have ever read. I am impatiently waiting for book 7.

What the hell!! These books are just getting better and better if that is at all possible, this sixth book is my favourite so far! yes yes i know i said that about the last book but seriously this book blew me away.

To say i am loving this series of Jared & Ella story is a understatement, i have devoured each book as they come out and thank god Stephanie is getting these out as quick as she can, as i am invested in this series like i was when i first read Afterlife. (Can't get enough springs to mind.)

Jared Jared Jared can i love this guy any more after this book oh i am sure i can, he is the book boyfriend everyone would love to have, and how he was in this book is just Ooooo!! That ending is heart breaking and another cliff hanger that Steph is famous for but i know we won't have long to wait for the next instalment to this amazing series. Brilliant as always.

Magnificent as always

Hudson does it again with book 6 of the Hellbeast series. As Jared and Ella reunite they have the opportunity to fall in love again. As always we are taken into a journey inside the afterlife universe. It never ceases to amaze me how she moves the stories towards beautiful moments and then terrible and difficult situations in which love and the sacrifices you are willing to make for it are the only solutions. Definitely a must read, can’t wait for Hellbeast Past Book 7.

Hmmmmmmm

This review is about this series as a whole so far. I loved her Afterlife Saga and thought this would be as good, I was wrong. The grammatical errors a minor, but the storyline is all over the place. The story just seems to be dragging on and on and makes you want to ask “when are we going to get to the point”! If I had to actually wait doe books to be released I wouldn’t have gotten this far, this more than likely will be it for me in this series. I want to know what happens, but don’t think I can push my self the the book to find out!!

Amnesia?! Ella and Jared just can't catch a break! It takes her uncle Dom (by the way...it was nice to see this part of Draven...not just toward the niece he loves but toward Jared as well) to help clear thing and answer/allieve some of her fears.
Now things will be better. Right? WRONG! More chaos, suspense, thrills. You shouldn't meddle with the past but Ella just HAS to travel back in time to "help" Jared only she went a little to far back. Can't wait to see what Jared's wife thinks of her!

Dying For More

The Hellbeast's Sacrifice, book 6 of Stephanie Hudson's The Hellbeast King series is amazing. Jared is just the kind of man every woman needs. When everything goes to Hell, who better than the King of the Hellbeast to save the day? This book will have you Inn the edge of your seat. When you get close to the end you'll be dying for more pages. I can't wait for the next book.

Stephanie Hudson you did it again!

Yup another 5 stars, I loved this book.Ella and Jared are by far my favorite. The things these two go through are crazy. They can laugh at each other, yell at each other but they can never deny the love they have for each other. I took my time reading this book because I knew once I finished it I would be counting the days until the next one. 1,2,3 .... Here I go counting. The ending OMG I have no words just over hear counting!

Loved it

I love the relationship between Ella and Jared. Ella has been in a coma for 6 weeks and Jared has searched everywhere. When finding Ella and realizing she can't remember Jared is forced to slowly show her that she is his Chosen. The hell hounds are still being summoned but No one knows how she does it. Jared takes Ella back to the club to celebrate Christmas and all hell literally breaks out Jared is taken and Ella is on the run to Afterlife...

OMG amazing read, and to my horror I need to wait for the next book in the series arghhhh!!!!
Loved this read, I can’t wait to see what happens next to Jared and Ella.
Amazing story, plot and shocking scenes, with a cliffhanger! Loved the romance, sweet moments, raunchy love scenes and banter. Adore the characters and how each one comes together to make this series fantastic. Lots of angst and quite frankly shocking scenes, please hurry with the next book, I’m hooked to these books!!!

*Spoiler alert!* I enjoyed this series and watching the world develop as well as the characters. Seeing Devils come to life, Jared's crew and their great personalities and even Marcus settle into a bit of a softie just made my day! But once I finished this one I just could not do another "separation scene" again. I get how it ties in but it just felt redundant to me after so many before. Great writing and the author has some genuine talent, but this is where I will stop in this series.

Ahhhhh! My heart can’t take this!

Holy frijoles! I feel so sorry for Jared and Ella…just when they start grooving along, both on the same page, WHAM! Either she overhears a conversation (again) that she misconstrues or someone or something appears to throw a wrench in the works. This time when she ran from Jared it almost turned lethal.
I’m trying so hard to take my time because I’m quickly catching up with Stephanie! Plus this is another story I don’t want to see end!

The Hellbeasts Sacrifice

I love the afterlife world. As there are many branches that stem from the main tree.

The end of this crosses with book 14 Queen of Stone Amelas story line

Hellbeast book 1 crosses with book 13 of Amelas story as well

Jared and Ella have endured so much to get back to each other......

I am excited to discover The Hellbeasts Past and how Ella will be able to overcome any obstacles
