I am a new but avid practitioner of the Keele Meditation. The author, Ron W. Rathbun provides a strong comprehensive explanation of the practice.
It’s supported by illustrations and explanations which help with the understanding and application of this powerful practice. It has profoundly affected my meditation practice and personal growth in a very short time. I can not recommend it enough!

An amazing book! This book is similar to "The Kelee Meditation Practice: Basic Principles of the Kelee" but goes into more detail about the ins and outs of the Kelee meditation practice. I have never seen how other meditations explain how their meditation practice leads to their proclaimed improvements. Ron Rathbun, however, clearly describes his meditation practice and teaches in step-by-step fashion how each and every one of us can do this meditation in just 5-10 minutes twice daily. Chapters 2 and 3 discuss the difference between Brain function and Mind function, which is key to understanding Kelee meditation. In addition, Chapter 14 talks about the "Effects of Kelee Meditation" and Rathbun provides a unique and true understanding of the connection between the mind-brain-body connection across the human body's multiple organ systems. A must read for any student of the mind!
