If you're looking for a light, funny, sexy read that won't tax your brain, but will give you hours of reading pleasure, check out this hot little book.
Madison Paxton's a recent divorcee, convinced she is frigid because her selfish ex has convinced her so. She decides to finally take charge of her life, and go for what she wants. She makes a list of all she wants to accomplish, including losing weight--check; changing her hairstyle--check; and buying new clothes--check. Still left to accomplish is learning to flirt, experience an orgasm for the first time, and find potential baby-daddy material, establish a relationship, and be pregnant by the time she turns thirty.
Her free-spirited mom finds her list, and tries to help her with her little 'O' problem. She hires what she thinks is a 'stud' (or gigolo) for her daughter from a company she sees in an ad called Stud Finders, Inc. What she fails to realize is she actually hired a company that specializes in locating studs behind the wallboards in a house, in order that people can hang pictures!
Enter sexy lawyer Jake Hunter, fresh from a breakup with his long-term girlfriend and recuperating by spending some R&R with his father, a construction company owner, and also the owner of Stud Finders. Jake's ego and confidence has suffered a blow--his ex-girlfriend tells him he's boring--in bed and out. When Jake arrives at Madison's home to 'find her studs', he finds out that she thinks he's her 'stud'. Somehow there's been a miscommunication, but what can he do? Beautiful Madison really wants to use him to unleash her sexuality, and Jake sure would like to practice his 'technique'. But can he go through with it, and let her practice on him, or should he tell her the truth about Stud Finders?
After spending time with Madison, going on real dates and having fun like a couple of teenagers, Jake starts to fall for her. Jake would like a real relationship with Madison, and realizes he can't have one based on a lie. But by the same token, he's afraid he's waited too long, and he'll lose her now if he tells her the truth. What to do? He's really fallen hard for her, but he's unsure of her feelings for him.

After they finally have their big night of passion, and he very successfully helps Madison overcome her little 'problem', he vows to himself that he will come clean the next day, take his chances, and reveal the truth about himself. But when he accidentally stumbles upon Madison's list, finding that she's penciled his name in as a potential 'sperm donor', he feels used, thinking she doesn't feel the same about him. Jake leaves, never actually confronting Madison with her list, not knowing that she's also fallen hard for him.
There's jealousy and hurt feelings all around, and finally with some help from their parents (who coincidentally are dating each other) Madison and Jake try to work things out.
This was a fast paced read, and very enjoyable. It held my interest completely, and I kept wondering when Jake would finally confess all, and what Madison's reaction would be. Jake finding the list and having his feelings hurt was sort of an unexpected twist. Both characters were likable, and Madison's liberal mom was a real hoot! There was some racy dialogue between Madison and Jake, and some really well written, erotic sex scenes. Since this book takes place in Australia, there were a few local words and phrases used, but nothing that proved distracting to the story. This story was cute, sexy, sweet, and at times erotic--a very nice blend for a contemporary romance. I'd rate it a very solid 4 stars!

I truly enjoyed this book. I had a huge smile for well over half the book as I read. This book had some really funny parts that made me LOL. It was a sweet, funny and a sexy short story. There was some misunderstandings between the H&h but everything worked out fine for a nice HEA ending.

Acabo de recordar que lei este libro hace demasiado tiempo una noche que no me podia dormir... It was fine? Maybe? No podria decir con certeza si es bueno o no, solo que se leyo rapido y me entretuvo mientras tenia insomnio, asi que le va un 3 porque solo recuerdo que lo lei entero y no estuvo horrible.

More romantic comedy than erotica - two lovers with issues stumble into each other when their respective parents push them into a meeting under very mistaken circumstances. She thinks he's a 'stud' hired by her mother - he is sent by his father to meet with one of Dad's tenants about a 'stud'. He figures she wants to hang a picture and has his trusty studfinder tool in his pocket. His opening line when she opens the door? "You looking for a stud, lady?"

This book is marketed as erotica, but it is more akin to a romance, and not a good one at that. The story tries to be funny/cute while building sexual tension, but I just got bored reading it. When it finally does get steamy (half way into the book), it's so vanilla, I think a nun would find it old hat. The story isn't interesting and it's not all that erotic - not worth reading.

A decent sized romance - no heavy lifting - about a couple brought together by a misunderstanding and then nearly torn apart by it. "Stud Finders Inc." is a sweet, humorous story about a divorced, reimaged woman who's looking to get her groove back. Mom buys her a stud service, and all the appropriate misunderstanding ensue.
I enjoyed this read and will pursue more by the author, having read her before. Ms. Fleming is now on my 'hot Australia' authors list!

Bueno, me reí y eso es bueno, algunas de las situaciones eran tan hilarantes, Rosa es mi personaje favorito jajajaja pero en serio, esto no podía haber sido mas irreal, esta bien para pasar el rato.
