About the author

Bible study is my passion. Period. God has completely transformed my life through it. Consequently, Artesian Ministries (my 501c3 non-profit ministry) is focused on the expository teaching of God’s Word and practical application of His life-giving truths in our everyday lives.

Whenever God opens the door for me to teach from His Word, I always carry a few extra Bibles with me to give as gifts to those who do not have one.

I have three abiding passions: encouraging dear sisters in Christ, exploring the treasures in Scripture, and traveling the world.

When I’m not speaking, writing, or embarking on a new adventure, I enjoy connecting with you online, snapping copious photos, watching documentaries and home improvement shows, immersing myself in research, and reading faith-based books—as many as I can inhale. I’m a marginal housekeeper, closet chef, and dabbling gardener, but home is always my favorite place to be.

Donna’s enthusiasm for God’s Word is contagious, and I couldn’t wait to see Joseph through her eyes. And boy, she didn’t disappoint! Ms. Snow offers her usual Texas charm, layered with spiritual depth, and cultural and historical context, that meets me in my everyday experience. This book is a deep-dive into the life of Joseph unlike anything I have studied on Joseph before. Not only will you learn in-depth about Joseph and his brothers, but Donna so beautifully includes many parallels to Jesus in this study, that richly blesses your time in the Word. There are so many Scriptures that she also uses to deepen your own faith. This study is soul-food!!

This is an in-depth study on Joseph and his journey to royalty, which includes a lot of pain. Donna Snow provides scriptural and historical supports throughout this study to make it fruitful for learning about this part of Genesis. It is an excellent study and I highly recommend it.
