Short and sweet!

This short collection of weird tales (only 59 pages) was, surprisingly, quite good. Were the stories true? Who knows but, they all grabbed my attention and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Should you need to kill a little time you could do worse than giving this book a go and, like me, enjoy the experience.

Strange

A couple of these were sad. I'd like to know what happened to that poor persons twin. It's a shame they were never found.

Nope

Doesn’t do anything for me.
I’ve no doubt that the stories that are told are believed to be true according to the writers (if they really are) but how can anyone reading verify them! They could simply be made up tales by an author and pitched as a book of weird tales.

Incidentally, the majority of them could be explained logically. The human mind has a fantastic way of embellishing stories.

Also I found the tales were put together in a very simplistic and ALL of them had this sameness about them. IF - they were stories sent in then the style would be clearly different in every take but no, same style and manner in all of them. This leads me to believe they were all just made up sorry.

This is a very short book (it took me around 30 mins to read) featuring some spooky and disturbing tales submitted by readers.

The tales range from psuedo cryptid accounts, to unexplained disappearances, to truly terrifying accounts of suspected hauntings.

The author doesn't delve into the cases in any depth, and each chapter is purely the story recounted by the participant.

A fun, interesting short read - the book equivalent of telling ghost stories around a camp fire.

Short and sweet to say the least!
This was a fun and captivating read for someone who enjoys the unexplainable! I really enjoyed the rhythm of the short stories (read it in 3 sittings!). However, the "ads" between the chapters (even if I understand it), are not really necessary.
I appreciated the variety of the stories. If I can give a piece of advice, maybe find a title for each story. Other than that, it was quite fun to read!

This is the first book in a new series about unusual paranormal encounters. There are strange happenings, unusual occurrences and baffling disappearances. While the stories were eerie, this collection didn't thrill me as much as some others have. There are definitely strange things going on in the world.

I always enjoy Autumn and Tom' short stories.

These stories are always fun, spooky and thought provoking. I have experienced odd happenings from time to time during my life so its fairly easy for me to believe the stories are true. And they sure ARE fun.

I understand why this was free on Amazon unlimited. Very short book, none of the stories were particularly spooky and one of them even randomly switched a participant’s name, so not sure there was any editing used.

Chilling?

Sorry, I found this book very lame. There was nothing chilling about it. I do not recommend this book at all.

Quick Read, very good short stories.

Creative batch of short stories! The book ends abruptly leaving this reader hungry for more. Mr Lyons is a swell writer.

Fun if very short read

Entertaining stories of the explained, whether true or fanciful, but the collection is pretty short and could benefit from additional entries.

Lots of creepy stories that are thought to be true. Written an told by the person it actually happened to.
