Absolutely stunning photography by Hans Silvester. The images depict moments in the lives of the wild street cats against the distinct sun-drenched backdrop of Athens - from the tender moments of a mother with her kittens to the intesity of a fight between toms and the dramatic feats of cats jumping between high walls. This is a wonderful book for the coffee table.

My least favourite of his cat books. I love all of the others.
The introduction talks about love and affection between cats and how the best photos of cats showing affection are those where they are entwined and sleeping - and only one of those appears in the book.
