Read this in its Greek translation. Very nice book with diverse dragon stories from allover the world. The pop-up parts are impressive enough. Of course there are only five stories and I would have preferred a bit more text, if it's impossible to have more pop-ups. But all in all it's a pretty book that also my two year old girl liked a lot!

The Pop-ups are awesome. The stories are light (being for kids), but interesting enough that it caused me to go look up the back-stories. Also the pop-ups are so intricate that this isn't gonna be spending a ton of time off the book-shelf without parental supervision :)

Story-wise, this book is plain boring. It includes the tales of dragons everyone interested in them has probably already read/heard but does not go deep in detail, and it's very white-knight-centric. (The last story might be the exeption to this rule, though...)
Text-wise, it isn't anything remarkable.
But as far as illustrations and all that stuff goes... well, it's ust pretty darn beautiful, isn't it?

Eh. Could have been way cooler. But I think I have been totally spoiled by some of the other pop-up books I have bought on Amazon. Check out "The Pop-Up Books of Ships" if you want a truly amazing pop-up experience. My kids still really enjoying this book, and they are the audience that needs to be entertained by it not me.
