Denise has written 12 novels and has been an editor and creative writing teacher for 37 years. As I continue this series it gets better and better it gets

Overall not a bad book. I enjoyed the characters and some of the story. Other parts dragged on. However when I started it I didn’t know it was a part of a series. Which is my own fault and i enjoyed the story as a one off.
