Recent research has demonstrated that aging, health, and body composition are more closely interrelated than previously suspected, and hormones are the unifying factor. This realization presents the thrilling prospect of using one grand strategy to attack all three areas simultaneously - to arrest aging, while achieving super-health, while at the same time permanently eliminating excess body fat and enhancing lean body mass. Natural Hormonal Enhancement advances this grand strategy in a detailed, concise, step-by-step form that anyone can easily understand and follow. Quite probably the best book I have ever read on nutrition.
Cannot fault the superb research by the author and the support behind their generally anti carb anti processed garbage message.
It is unbelievable how badly government food agencies have got it wrong, but there is big money in processed carbs and they aren't going to change their message any time soon.
People are getting fattier and sicker so what the masses are doing is clearly making things worse. Stop being a sheep, think independently and eat a diet that is right for you.
I have just started the authors second book, focused on exercise rather than diet and looking forward to putting the two together.
It's unbelievable how much research was done in preparing this book. The nature of our body is amazing and knowing the hormonal system is paramount to success in quality of life, body forms and health!
If you are interested in understanding your body and serious about your health, this is a must-read. It was a bit of a hard read for me as I'm not into reading all the scientific explanations (I wouldn't understand them), and the different fonts throughout the book are just annoying. But you must power through it! I have seen the results in someone else that has been living this way for many years as a result of reading this book. This person is in his sixties and looks and feels amazing. I want that clarity of thought and energy! The only drawback, and that's if you want more info or have questions, is that I haven't been able to find a support group and the website is no longer up. Will be reading it a couple more time, it is full of great info.
