About the author

Robert Edward Duncan (January 7, 1919 – February 3, 1988) was an American poet associated with any number of literary traditions and schools, Duncan is often identified with the poets of the New American Poetry and Black Mountain College. Duncan saw his work as emerging especially from the tradition of Pound, Williams and Lawrence. Duncan was a key figure in the San Francisco Renaissance.

What’s described in this book, if true, is heartbreaking and horrendous beyond imagination. It describes “silent” (electromagnetic) weapons of the mind that remotely target the nervous system. These technologies are, according to 650 interviews conducted for this book, being tested/used on people unknowingly worldwide and, if they work as described, breach the Geneva Conventions. Unfortunately there’s no (easy and accessible) way to verify claims made in this book. Read for yourself and decide.

A good book to get some answers about the psychopaths in the CIA & DOD/DIA & their programs for Assets, Guinea Pigs & other TIs. These programs rely on intentional psychological distress, because the human brain can be dissociated & programmed while in a traumatic state. This book is not fantasy. The patents are real. I believe this will be exposed in the future & the complicit parties will be punished accordingly.
