Awful. There are only 2 recipes of the 50+ in the book I would even consider making. At least a third of the recipes included anchovies or canned tuna. A few were so basic that there was no need for a recipe. And a few that were so similar that they were just redundant.

The round pizza shaped book is fun, but that's about it.

Practically perfect in every way.

This book caught my eye as I was walking through the stacks, because it is shaped like a damn pizza. Not checking it out would have been criminal. I'm happy to report that, with the exception of two recipes, every single pizza featured here looks tasty as hell. It doesn't hurt that the facing page of each recipe is a full color picture of its pizza. Good grief!

There are also three crust recipes included: regular, whole wheat, and gluten-free, so you can customize your pie based on your own needs. If you have this in your collection, keep it! If it's not circing, put it on display. If nobody in your town wants to read a book shaped like a pizza, find a new job: they have no souls. If you don't have this, you need to pick it up. And it's most likely a personal purchase as well, unless you don't like pizza, in which case we cannot be friends.

Tl;dr: delicious, round, recommended for all collections.

This book really has filled me with pleasure. The recipes are good. The narrative is quick and easy to follow. I have made a few of the recipes listed in this book with my family and we loved it. It has an original cover idea which was a nice touch.

If you love pizza, this is the book for you. Not only does this book have great recipes but it is also shaped like a pizza with full color pictures of each recipe. From ground beef and onion pizza to pizza with zucchini and eggs, there are many recipes that you will want to try. Pizza dough recipes include whole-wheat dough and gluten-free pizza dough. Enjoy

A little bit of history of the pizza, a few dough recipes, and 50+ topping variations of toppings. Splendidly photographed. A nice book.
