This was a quick read for me as I am already familiar with food allergies, however this book is essential when I'm having reactions to food I've accidently eaten or pollen allergies. This is the book I reach for in order to follow the suggested supplements to take care of allergic reactions right NOW (something that's missing in many books). It works wonders for me.

This is good stuff. Lots of information about hidden food allergies and how they can cause havoc on your system. To realize that if you have recurrent sinus infections, stomach aches, excema, etc. that it is more likely to be a food allergy than an air allergy is huge. The only trouble is it makes you feel like everyone should be tested for food allergies....

I learned so much about food allergies that I did not even know existed. And I got practical, sound advice on how to handle them. This is a book written so most anyone can understand and help themselves deal with a food allergy.

Good read with many interesting tid bids of information. The only downfall is that the author would repeat some of the same information in several chapters. It got a little annoying at times.

Might get this again to finish reading the last quarter... Author also talks about rotation diets, a nice complement to Sondra Lewis' book.
