Mildly interesting for fans
The basic premise is good for people who are interested in the “nuts & bolts” view of how the books are created, but the repetitive nature of this gets old. Seeing the various tries to get published was good but reading the same stories over & over with minor changes was less so.

A book about fan fiction is worse than reading fan fiction itself.

I received a copy of this book free for a voluntary honest review. I loved this book! If you are a Star Trek fan this is a must read book. It is skillfully well written, and insightful. I felt like I was there on his journey experiencing what he was going through. I was happy when his work was excepted and sad when it was not. I definitely will read more from this author and encourage you as readers to do likewise. Happy reading.
