Er zijn zo van die management boeken met ronkende titels waarvan je verwacht dat ze je nu eindelijk zonder franjes zullen vertellen hoe het nu moet (bvb een strategie uittekenen), maar als je die dan leest heb je het gevoel dat het vooral uit bladvulling bestaat. En de obligate getuigenissen van managers.

I hope the strategy itself is better than the book. Lots of advertising for the author's consulting firm and a lot of warnings not to try and implement this strategy without them. Not a lot of practical details on how to implement it either. I guess I'll be finding out...
