Without giving away the story let’s just say their lives are forever changed, period. They end up learning ultimately that they can’t put God in a box limiting him to religious tradition or their own personal ideals. God clearly has various ways of getting our attention, but the question becomes are we getting the message?

This book invites readers to open up their hearts and minds to recognize God’s amazing power in an everyday work environment. Beyond bottom lines & profit margins the former business executives also learn that God’s love transcends all. In the end, they discover their most important asset in life is not what they’ve
accomplished or achieved but something far greater.

About the author

Lolita Buck was born & raised on the south side of Chicago. She discovered the beauty of the written word early on through various school assignments and has now been able to infuse her passion for writing with her love for God! Her literary accomplishments include but are not limited to the following: She’s written two books, the first titled "Starting from Scratch" was released back in 2003 & her current book "Did You Get the Memo? just released this year. (2010)You can also find some of her freelance work in the following Christian publications: Good News Today, Living Stones Newspaper, Halo Magazine, Thrivent Magazine, Victory Herald, The Gem, etc. She's currently featured in the biographical anthology titled "I am Royalty"; her new book release "Did You Get the Memo?" was recently selected to be included in the Publishers Gallery at the Chicago Cultural Center and she now adds "member" of the Chicago Writers Association to her writing repertoire.

She's got a heart of gold and a gift for gab in the form of words scripted on paper. She's not just trying to shake up the literary world. Her message is far greater she's hoping to win souls to the kingdom one word at a time. Her mission as writer is to “bring words to life, while at the same time bring glory & honor to God’s name”. That she believes is her divine calling and she’s extremely grateful to have God as her poetic muse. The scripture by far that has shaped her success has been James 3:3 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God & his righteousness and all these own these things will be added unto you. This is the motto that she lives by and she encourages others to do the same.

Excellent read. If you're looking for a book that gives you an alternative to typical religous pespectives this is the one.The way the writer so cleverly uses an everyday work environment and memos to dmonstrate the various ways that God can communicates with us is awesome.And the end of the book well let's just say it's divine.

These memos are great reminders about living correctly. Everyone could use these lessons of life and we all need to follow the lead of the boss JC.
