This is a fantastic read on how to build a great sporting club. It is quite specific but you are part of organized professional sport it has some great lessons. At times it can get repetitive as he tried to include as many examples as possible about Belichick and Brady but overall he does a good job of balancing out the heavy going learning with a bit of locker room banter.
