You’re a wizard, albeit a young one. For years, you studied hard in Cormac’s School of Wizardry, an officially recognized branch of the Wizards’ Guild. Cormac’s school has quite the reputation, having trained some of the greatest wizards of the modern era, like Branikar Firaxus, Arianna Nemeth, and Madra Markoulides, just to name a few. What sets the initiates who graduate from Cormac’s school from the others? The Final Exam. It’s more than just a test of your arcane skills; it’s a test of character. Are you ready to face the world of adventuring? If you pass Final Exam, there’s no question.
Final Exam is a solitaire dungeon. Only first level magic-using characters with no prior adventuring experience may enter this dungeon. Characters must be a humanoid race; no monster characters or characters with innate, natural magic are admitted as students in Cormac’s institution. It is highly recommended that your character has at least 5 combat adds has IQ and WZ scores of at least 14.
All normal rules and solitaire conventions apply. The purpose is to have fun. To play, you need some six-sided dice, paper, and a pencil. You may use the pre-printed character sheet copied from the rulebook if you like, and you should be familiar with the rules for how things like combat and saving rolls work.
