Incomplete Strangers

Elliot was the typical boy growing up with a single mother, toying with electronics and building inventions to help make everyone’s life a little better.
Josh’s childhood was filled with mythical creatures and magical spells, and his “normal” was hanging out with ghosts and ogres.
When the two of them are thrown together, they must overcome their difference to save the world from a threat that wants to get revenge against every living creature. How can a techno-geek and a sorcerer work together? They had better learn fast, before it’s all over.

Were you ever told as a kid that you shouldn't do that... that you can't do that... that you need to live in the real world?

Patrick never was. That's why he writes. Granted, most of what he writes is filled with insanity, but that's a good thing.

Growing up in Iowa was tough. The suburb he grew up in was surrounded by corn. Corn everywhere. You can't walk ten feet outside of the city without running into corn, or falling into the Mississippi. That's the world Patrick grew up into, and that's why he writes the insane stories he writes. If you read them carefully, you will start to see patterns. Things will make sense. You will see clearly now. The rain is gone.

Or this may all be some rambling nonsense. Either way, why not take a chance?
