A great inside look at the life of Geri Jewell before she became an entertainer. From her difficult birth to her years in therapy and special education, Jewell shares the challenges of having cerebral palsy and her attempts to find a place where she belonged. Jewell's courage, cockiness, and constant belief in possibilities illuminates the similarities we all share despite whatever disabilities we might or might not be born with.

Ghost written but entertaining. Liked the actual story that came out in 2011 much more.
