More like 2.5 stars.
Picked this up from a Little Free Library. An couple evenings reading for me.
Personally I never have been to a "health resort".
It seemed like a decent basic cookbook for those who wanted to eat healthier.

Good range of recipes, many for items, i.e. smoothies, cooking grains, beans, etc., for which one would not need to use a recipe after a time or two.
Nice layout and photos.

I returned it for someone else to peruse.
