Formatting issues aside, the book is worth its weight in gold.
Made more accessible to modern readers through masterful editing, Venning comes across as deeply concerned about the dangers of sin. He methodically brings his readers (and hearer back then) through the concept of sin, the dangers of sin and what needs to be done (repenting and believing in Christ).
Don’t be deceived. It is written simply, but with much depth. He forces each one to look internally, as we consider and repent of our own sins.
Highly recommended! And for me, time to buy the full version from the BOT!
