Rate this book
Operational excellence cannot be achieved by technology alone. An effective sales and operations planning (S&OP) process is essential to successfully implement any integrated management system, such as enterprise resources planning or supply chain management. This book illustrates the effective real world implementation of this powerful process. It is written as a case narrative with an instructional style that managers can relate to.

Good content, terribly campy story line. Similar to The Goal. Easy skim.

Good overview. Easy to read and understand but painfully short on detail.

Supposed to be a technical book on S&OP, but written in a great storyline fashion. Hits two birds.

Maybe there will be some great twist, horrible unknown creature, or riviting story line that might make this interesting. Maybe the moon is made of cheese. More to come as I read this book.
