It's hard for me to write anything about this story without giving away major plot points, but I will say that while I enjoyed the book, there were some things that caused me to give it a lower rating than I gave his first novel, Not Proven. Still worth reading, it left me with a lot more questions than answers, and when it comes to a mystery, that's just something that I don't enjoy. Sometimes a "what if" ending is enjoyable, but unfortunately, this time it was just frustrating.
