Not quite sure who this book is for. It's a book about art history, but it seems to be written for those already pretty familiar with the subject, but also, the way things are worded seem fairly rudimentary and really spell things out for the layman. Wither way, a rather interesting read
It is fun to flip through this encyclopedia-like book about art, including artworks, artists, and art movements, as well as various trivia games. I wish the book can contain more visuals for the various artworks, maybe more suitable for an electronic or online version.
10 stars. Detailed. Extensive. Rarer information. Great fine arts selection. Quality production. Superior art book. Mapped and enjoyed. A coffee table or personal library treasure!
