This is a truly amazing book yet frustratingly I only had a library copy and it doesn't seem for sale anywhere!
Almost immediately the positive aspects of believing in yourself have a good effect and our house began feeling more harmonious and more homely. Unlike some books you are not expected to buy a whole host of items to cast the simple spells. There is nothing dark, nothing above purely bringing into alignment things that our current hectic lives forget about.
I found the "I am warrior" incantation extremely helpful during a very hard and difficult task. Sometimes we just need that little bit reaffirmation.
So mote it be.
