I think this is an excellent guide on the topic. I've been looking into chakra's a lot over the last couple of months, and this is by far the most helpful book. It is very clear and concise guide. I'll admit I skimmed some chapters because I didn't want to get that deep into the subject, but overall, if you're interested in learning more about the subject, I'd recommend picking this book up.
