I often refer to this little dictionary, and not just when I'm trying to write in verse. Words form their own connections, and any book of words will invariably remind me of old friends or introduce some new ones.

I've been using this particular book for well over ten years. It took me a little while to get used to the way it is organised but once I did, I was amazed by how many word endings (and words) are contained within its compact frame.

This is the best readily available or the standard English rhyming dictionary and is excellent, but I would like to see a bigger one, and even one with some other Germanic language words and pre-modern words.

Very useful for anyone who needs to write silly rhyming couplets, as I did for a living for a short while, and as I still do for work events.
