Pastoral Ministry
Dave Williams served as pastor of Mount Hope Church in Lansing, Michigan, for more than thirty years. In that time, Dave trained thousands of ministers through the Mount Hope Bible Training Institute, Dave Williams' Church Planter's School, and Dave Williams' School for Pacesetting Church Leaders.

With the help of his staff and partners, Dave established a 72-acre campus with worship center, Bible Training Institute, children's center, Global Prayer Center, Valley of Blessing, Gilead Healing Center, care facilities, event center, café, fitness center, world evangelism headquarters, Global Communications Center, and a state-of-the-art office complex with nine buildings.

Good quick read! I read it all in one day. It’s a super practical and encouraging read, it doesn’t go super super deep but it’s a good base to start from!

This book reflected to a lesson I heard back in 1997 (when I was a baby Christian) entitled The Rewards of Fasting. Not only was it a great refresher, but it gave tips on the rewards, what can hinder a fast (such as boasting), and how to super-charge it (confessing sins, and breaking generational curses). If you fast (let me rephrase that, when you fast), have this book handy!

Easy read, read in one day.

Super encouraging and practical. Lots of great takeaways, reminders, and scripture to encourage the discipline of fasting.

Really enjoyed this book. Not "too deep" to be an overwhelming, exhaustive study, but empowering toward the habit.
